About the Master of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies – Bioinformatics Concentration

Students in the self-designed Interdisciplinary Studies, M.S. program may choose Bioinformatics as one of their three required concentration areas. This concentration allows students to select from a diverse range of courses across disciplines such as biotechnology, biology, nutritional sciences, and computer science. By completing this concentration, students will develop a comprehensive understanding of bioinformatics and gain valuable analytical and computational skills applicable to research, healthcare, and emerging biotechnologies.
