LAW 6262 - Criminal Practice Skills This class offers a hands-on approach to developing criminal practice skills. Students will participate in, and be graded on, participation in exercises simulating steps in the criminal process, including client interviewing, pre-trial motions, suppression hearings, plea negotiation, litigation strategy, and oral argument. The course objective is to develop a working foundation for the successful prosecution or defense of a criminal case.
Prerequisites & Notes Prerequisite: LAW 6339.
